Dear ICONFi users,
The ICONFi customer service team is giving this notice to the users who try to make deposits from Coinbase to ICONFi using the ERC20 network.
The ICONFi IT team assumes that Coinbase may have changed its withdrawal protocol to using its own Smart Contract, currently making the ICONFi system not be able to recognize the deposits from Coinbase using the ERC20 network. The deposits are successfully made and users can check out the transaction at the Etherscan, but the deposits are not showing up on the ICONFi app.
To address this issue, the ICONFi IT team is updating the app in order to implement the system recognizing the transactions from Coinbase to ICONFi — but until the update is completed, the CS team would have to request the users to give a notice via Email or Discord support ticket to the CS team so that the user deposits can be applied to the ICONFi app as soon as possible.
